Rights & Use

1. All prices listed in the commission sheet are PERSONAL USE only, NOT INCLUDING commercial use, custom background, pet, etc.
2. You will receive the artwork(s) via an email attachment or a gdrive folder link. It will come in JPEG format with both watermarked and non-watermarked versions.
3. Maximum 2x major revisions (pose, rough sketch, base color), maximum 4x minor revisions.
4. It may take around 3-4 days for one artwork depending on the details and our (me and you) communications.
5. I have the right to post the commission results for my portfolio (except for private use).
6. Private use = Same as the personal use, but I won’t upload the result as my portfolio, hence the extra price.
7. Give credit where credit is due. Credit me (@yuzuu3112) as the artist whenever and wherever my art is showcased (also applies on private).
8. By any means, DO NOT put the artwork(s) into any kind of AI program or use it as an NFT.
9. DO NOT edit, alter, or claim the artwork(s) as yours.
10. DO NOT remove or crop the watermark.
11. Full payment or 50% after rough sketch. You can pay the rest before I send you the finished artwork.
12. You cannot cancel/refund the order after the sketch is fixed and I start working on the order, unless I can't finish the commission.
13. Payment by Paypal only for now.
14. I have the right to decline a commission.
15. I will do the commission by waiting list. If you don't replied to me five days after I told you that it's your turn, then I will do the commission for the one after you first.
16. For comercial use, the price will be more expensive because I will give you the full rights of it (I will still post it as my portfolio)
17. Point 16 doesn't apply for YCH commissions.Untuk commis lokal, dm aja nanti kukasih link nya. Tapi, peraturan ToS masih sama ya. Kalau kalian tidak begitu mengerti bahasa Inggris, nanti kukirim versi bahasa Indonesianya. Untuk commis lokal pembayaran bisa lewat ovo, shopeepay, atau gopay.

Additional Fee

- Extra character(s) +65% each character.
- Detailed background - we’ll talk about how you want the background to be and I’ll think on how much extra fee would be added (it won’t cost more than 10 USD).
- Pet - same condition as detailed background.
- In rush fee +50%
- Private = +50% agreed price
- Commercial = 4x of price
